Biography

Otto Egil Sætre works full-time for the Norwegian labels Karisma / Dark Essence / Is It Jazz? Records and Apollon Records (which he co-owns and co-manages) – as well as his own label Gymnocal Industries, which was founded in 2004. Gymnocal and Apollon are genre-free labels, with releases ranging from classical to black metal. Karisma focuses mostly on progressive rock, Dark Essence deals mostly with extreme metal, and Is It Jazz? covers a wide range of jazz.
