Biography

Jenny Victoria Thyrhaug is the Managing Director of FONO, the trade association representing independent record labels in Norway.

Before joining FONO, Jenny worked as a Senior Editor at Spotify. She also spent ten years at Warner Music and Sony Music, working across streaming, marketing, brand partnerships and artist development. Her experience spans both the commercial and independent sides of the music industry.

As FONO’s representative at IMPALA, Jenny works to strengthen the independent music sector through collaboration, fair business practices and international cooperation.
